What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not require account registration and is not designed to collect, sell, or use personal information for targeted advertising.

When the Application is used with an active internet connection, limited technical information may be transmitted automatically as part of normal network communications. This may include an ephemeral IP address, device type, operating-system version, language settings, request time, and basic diagnostic information. This information is used only to maintain connectivity, reliability, security, and support.

Checklists, white canvases, drawings, files, and permissions

Depending on the features you choose to use, the Application may request access to photos, images, files, the camera, or device storage. These permissions are used only to let you create, edit, organise, save, import, export, or share white-canvas checklists, notes, drawings, and related content.

Content created or selected through the Application is intended to remain on your device unless you deliberately export, upload, back up, or share it using a feature provided by your device or a third-party service.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party services and disclosures

The Application may rely on app stores, operating-system providers, hosting or infrastructure services, and services you choose when exporting, backing up, or sharing content. These third parties may process limited information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Service Provider, or others.

Data retention

Because the Application is not designed to maintain user accounts or store your checklist content on our servers, we generally do not retain your content. Locally stored content remains on your device until you delete it, clear the Application’s data, or uninstall the Application.

Limited diagnostic or support information that we receive may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for keeping your device, operating-system account, backups, and any third-party sharing service secure.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Because we generally do not maintain user accounts or directly store user content, we may not be able to identify information associated with you unless you provide sufficient details. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, our practices, or applicable legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above shows when the latest revision was made. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the Application, its store listing, or another appropriate channel.
